Halloween Fun

Hello, So basically whenever I set my settings to anything above High I get these lines all over my avatar and the ground if I disable transparent water it goes away but I'd like to have DoF on for photography so would need to have it on. DoF off on the top image DoF on in the bottom image any ideas as to why this may be? I'm using Firestorm: EDIT: Never mind updating drivers resolved the issue woops
