Just sayin, don't rent from this guy... He will take your money and run His original avi is banned for this same reason... he will offer rent cheap then after a week his tiers are not paid and the land < not just homesteads> is closed.... and the renter has nothing and never gets their money back after being promised they would I didn't get taken by this fool but I know of honest people who have... Please be careful as Katherine said if it sounds too good to be true.... think twice...if it still sounds good LOL walk away very fast....
