It's fairly simple.  I use an almost free Akeyo AO which I pulled all of the animations out of.  It's easy to load.  Rez it out, drag animations into it. Follow the prompts. Done.  No notecards or anything to edit.  I haven't bought a complete AO in years.

i see a lot of people that stand around with more realistic looking AO's that don't thrash around a lot, but i'm having difficulty finding anything good. can someone help point me in the right direction?
