yea 600 usd is a pretty penny but could be worth it in the long run if you are not counting on reselling and actually using the land

Most horizons rentals I've seen are around 500L which is roughly 2k a month which is 1k less than a monthly premium with twice the prim... I have multiple homes in adult regions such as Horizons and i have multiple linden homes and enjoy them all. My question hasn't changed... why isnt there an adult premium option

affordability has nothing to do with wanting adult premium.. i listed my reasons and the main one is having nicely landscaped regions with covenants that would keep low skyboxes from blocking your view or being trapped within the confines of other parcels with no way out but to tp out ... so why isnt there an adult premium option? congratulations on paying 300k for a parcel on mainland... i am inquiring about adult premium possibilities... continuing to bring up the fact that there is adult mainland one can purchase or rent has nothing to do with the question. and i say once again if there is no need for adult premium regions there is no need for any other premium regions since moderate land is available on mainland. so why is any home perk needed at all? it isnt if you go by your logic

misery loves company. you have to truly be a miserable person to care about what others who invest time and money into this site do on regions you do not have to visit or be involved in.

The fact that you and the rest are getting upset at the suggestion of an adult linden community speaks volumes of your lives and how you choose to live it. continue to live your lives as you wish and allow others to live as they wish. getting upset over something you DO NOT have to be involved in gets you where? if you do not want to live in an adult linden community that is your right. stop acting as if your voiced opinion is the majority and please do not bring up Karens when you and the rest of the forum knowitall bullies are exactly that... a bunch of Karens that feel that their opinions and way of playing this game is the only one that matters.

do not know what this "paywall" is you're referring to and WHY would there be a decrease because others opt to live in an adult community that has NOTHING to do with your moderate community? Never meant to imply its an easy task, however neither is any of the linden home new releases. so why is there no adult opiton?

u know this how? if private regions have any indications of what it takes to make regions adult moderate or general, it only takes the click of a button. Planning is the only thing that seems to be needed. I know a lot goes into any roll out of linden homes, but to say that being adult makes it more complicated .... until you show me your proof that you have I'll continue to ask... why is there not an adult premium option? lol

Horizons parcels were sold or auctioned off... not "rented" out in the same way as a linden home is when you have premium. Having an adult premium option in linden homes would interest many who seek out expensive alternatives only because they were not given the choice to do otherwise. Parcels in Horizons are ridiculously priced but worth the investment if you like sci-fi and can find a nice parcel. The ton of visitor centers everywhere is a bit of a turn off.
