Thanks, I file a support ticket already, hope LL staff can help me fix the issue soon ,hope not gonna take few weeks

I did do every step on the guide, seems nothing happen, i clear the lost and found and trash already , but the current outfit folder still stuck in my inventory , on the step 4 , i didn't see my current outfit / look in my lost and found folder, so i can't delete it and reset my avatar, event using official SL viewer and choose any avatar on avatar tab, it still being cloud

sorry to push this up, but i need help after login metachat . yes , i forgot update my metachat after the bakefail update, i realize the issue happen, and i did follow the report to fix my avatar step by step, but still being grey / could... also i can't delete my other current look / outfit folder... what should i do?
