    All I want to add here is that while you can restrict sounds to a parcel, you can't restrict media on mainland. I truly hope that LL can someday restrict media to a specific parcel, as this can be abused a lot more frequently, because so many of us like to watch things in-world. I have had some help from Lindens about this topic (and they are always helpful about it) ... but the only real solution is A) contact the neighbor and ask them nicely to turn something off, B) turn it off yourself (if that device allows you to). You can (of course) remove the specific media stream from your own viewer or disable media but... on the topic of sounds leaking into parcels and making things cohesive, I just wish this was an option.     I love the idea of a hotel or similar ... SL needs more "destinations" that are user-created. There are quite a few clever places on the mainland that involve luxury resorts and getaways with roleplay... depending on how much time you have to give it, that could be a fun concept which could also generate some income for you.
