    Of course, the irony for me is... I owned the piece on the edge (protected bit that's not part of the auction) for the better part of the last year. I just recently sold it at a very steep discount because it no longer fit in my portfolio and I'm not much of a land speculator or seller, for that matter. That said... given your point, I sort of wish I had kept it ... probably should have. Oh well :~) Such is life lol.

    Very good point @diamond Marchantand unfortunate, I think even without a connection, Sansara is a very important piece of our collective SL history, always surprises me that there's no premium (i.e., higher land values) associated. Love the idea of making a better connection to Sansara... fingers crossed.

    I agree with @Mar Scarmon, Heterocera is severely underrated and one of my favorite places to live personally, so peaceful and *big* lots to explore (fly, drive or sail). You can also find some pretty great values on land. That said, if you are seeking the cheapest option for waterfront, that would be Sansara... seems it has been selling at a significant discount for the last year (although I'll never understand why).

    As someone who is a huge lover and promoter of mainland, I am happy to see fixes and improvements outside of the linden homes areas. I truly hope LL continues to focus on the mainland, maybe even modernize some bits of old sculpties (personal wishlist... i know not all agree, but i can wish). Anyway, either way, thank you Moles for all you do 🙂

    All I want to add here is that while you can restrict sounds to a parcel, you can't restrict media on mainland. I truly hope that LL can someday restrict media to a specific parcel, as this can be abused a lot more frequently, because so many of us like to watch things in-world. I have had some help from Lindens about this topic (and they are always helpful about it) ... but the only real solution is A) contact the neighbor and ask them nicely to turn something off, B) turn it off yourself (if that device allows you to). You can (of course) remove the specific media stream from your own viewer or disable media but... on the topic of sounds leaking into parcels and making things cohesive, I just wish this was an option.
