We are a one sim residential Roleplay community with large luxury homes, townhouses and apartments. All positions are paid. Some general requirements across all position are: -Professional attitude when working at all times. -At least 6 months old in SL and have regular often online times. -Know how to send notices and manage basic group details -A social media account such as facebook and DIscord. Job Specifications Executive assistant - -RP experience a must -SL group and land management a must -Ability to use Discord and Trello -Some experience managing social media preferred. -Casperlet a plus -Canva or photoshop skills -must be active in SL. if you are here only a few hours a week this is not for you. In this position you will be assisting the operations manager and other team members with various tasks. work varies greatly from time to time. CSR - Must be a responsible, organized person that is willing to go above and beyond. If you procrastinate, do not know SL well, have a closed schedule, or no ability to motivate yourself then you will not be fit for this position. Duties include but not limited to: Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right home Assisting tenants and potential tenants with all questions, complaints, transfers, and other requests Mediating, blocking, banning any avatar causing trouble on the sim Support with ad hoc tasks for the management team Requirements: - Enjoy in meeting people and help customers in solving their problems - Preferred - At least spend on an average 3-6 hours in SL daily --at least 5-6 days week - Dependable and trustworthy - Some basic sim management experience - Very imaginative, outgoing, intelligent, and experienced within SL Event Manager - Obsydia Estates is a luxury residential community with large homes, townhomes, a beach, stores, coffee shop, grocery store, farmer's market, restaurant, nail shop, salon, makeup artist, gym, arcade, beach, and much more! We value roleplay, community, and realism. We are looking for strong oriented staff members who will be like family to us, but also will get the job done. The process of planning and coordinating the event is usually referred to as event planning and which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, arranging entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating, inviting, and just every aspect for Event Coordinating you can think of. You must be active, and very serious about applying for this position. Payment will be discussed in interview.
