By way of a follow-up question, and just to clarify; we have to actually purchase the parcel(s) through auction, mainland sales, or estate sales but to avoid monthly tier costs we donate our free tier to our group and assign the parcel to the group?

I have successfully uploaded textures before but for some reason, I am no longer allowed. Every time I attempt to upload a texture I receive the following error message: {filename} You don't have permission to open this file. Contact the file owner or administrator to obtain permission. Any idea why this would be happening and how I can fix it?

Are there instructions on how to do this specifically?

Is there a way to export your avatar into a kind of dev kit if the developer is completely unresponsive?
