I normally lurk on the forum, but since I saw this, I thought I should sign in to tell you the exact thing happened to me and I contacted Quartz Mole (after reading here somewhere to do so with house issues), and he came and fixed it. I was offline, but he left me a message and said he restarted the region and replaced the home. It sounds like the guy you were talking to earlier was having the same problem?
