I started my final process credit on July 26th, and it completed on July 30th. *(note there was a weekend, non-business days, in between there.) I suspect a lot of people have tried to pushed a process credit through in the final days of July in hopes of getting them competed before the new identification requirements go into effect August 1st, and the system may be backed up with many transactions 'in progress', waiting to complete.
