Hi Annabelle, fun project! I don't know of any items, but if you can adjust the shape of the face, you could make the lips really thin, like old people have. And the corners of the mouth very low, so she looks more like a hag. Further, I don't know if you create your own skin? But if so, you can make the color of your lips and over-all skin more pale, get rid of the blush and even add things like moles, shades and colored spots etc. But I have to say, it already looks quite "old-hagish" in my eyes, would not want to cross your path in a dark alley hehe.
