All those issues are easily solved by setting personal standards and self control except #4, and that's not restricted to gachas. There's plenty of no copy, non-gacha items that are at risk over bugs.

I enjoy them. It is an excellent way to acquire something not every dang body is going to show up in, or decorate with. It is an excellent way to get some very cool and unique gifts. I fill my Santa bags with them every year for our holiday party. I find it fun to see how many I can get that I want before I hit my duplicate limit. Not everyone needs their hand held. We do ok

Tell that to the 4 year old that wanted the ring but got the stickers. And what about like claw machines and other games where you more than likely walk away with nothing? By these definitions, every arcade in the U.S. would be considered a gambling den.

Hii, thank you :) It's from Argrace - HIBIKI - and yep, the hat came with it. Sadly, I don't think they carry it anymore. I picked this up a while back when they had their big moving sale.
