Yea I agree that it is dumb the pricing some people do... I usually sell roadside max $2.0 L a meter! I have some plots for $1.8 Not trying to advertise but just stating my prices... Land barons are **bleep**ing everything up!

I wouldn't Buy from roman at all! He came to my region wanting to rent and said he would take the region... he then wanted to be greedy and talked me down $100 to make NO Profit whatsoever and i took it and he said it was too expensive and left... wouldn't recommend very unproffesional
