i wish to expand my RP sim to bigger land and rent houses to my rp'rs 

 

Pros: You will get half of my rent fees 

Pros:  a house on the land if you wish 

 

i will be getting a debit card or credit card in the future so this is temperary i just need the investor to get me started i have the land picked out please >.< help me
