Ok i figured it out... it's actually being sent by someone... i had to find [14:52] `: in the message and then blocked the owner and the object. In case anyone else has the same problem and can't figure it out.

This happened to me too how do i get it to stop ? it keeps wiping out my nearby chat every 2 minutes
