I keep getting the message: "Darn you have been logged out of second life. The region may be experiencing trouble. Please check your internet connection." My connection is fine and I have tried to log into various regions. How can I fix this? Thanks.

I am having problems. It keeps saying that I have been logged out and to check my internet connection which is fine.
