Very, very informative post - thank you. I'm going to have to have a look at mine one of these days. As you say, it doesn't make that much difference in a public area, but it's stll worth doing.

No offence was intended, and no screeching went on - just a remark - but that is one heck of a joining fee by any standards. I'm sure everyone there is very nice, and no personal attack was made on the membership. It is extremely expensive to run a sim, of course.

It's probably a coincidence. People use similar combinations of letters before and after names all the time.

Just use the search function (magnifying glass icon) to look for stuff that interests you, and then explore. Wandering around places you naturally gravitate towards or have an affinity for is always a good way of meeting people in SL.
