Hey there- Interested in living on a countryside estate? 5000 prim per 1/4 sim. If you enjoy a countryside setting this is the place. A shared path open to everyone for that evening walk, there is also a water "right of way" around the entire sim with a row boat rezzer to enjoy. No clubs, no breeding, this is a residential only sim with other like minded people that wish a countryside feel.

You would have full rights of the land...So you can block them from your land. To answer your question... Yes. I would evict any troubled neighbors also.

Hi- I am not some big land owner, I own one sim. I am renting out the land for cost, you cant rent land any cheaper than what I am offering. The sim is for private use only, no clubs, no breeding. There are a few general rules and other then these rules you have full rights. The general rules are to build in a way that blends in with the neighbors. The look of the sim is a countryside. No building Castles or other builds that are not suited for the look of the sim. I think of this sim as a co-op... Everyone on the sim has a vote. If this sounds of interest to you send me an IM, We are all pretty laid back people here and looking for the same mindset. Cost per week is 1/4 sim, 5000 prim at 3000LD. 1/2 sim, 10000 prim at 6000LD.

The good news is that there is land available for rent. 1/4 sim or 1/2 sim is available to be rented out. L$ 3000 each week per 1/4 sim. Full Rights. This is a private estate sim... No Clubs and No Breeding Allowed. The look of the sim is a country side and should be kept as such. What I mean is no castles or big mushroom trees... If ya know what I mean.
