I keep getting this message "Login failed,Unable to connect to a simulator".I know I got my password right and made sure my caplock was not on.

I wish they would stop photoshopping their products pictures because its very misleading,atleast warn the customers so they won't waste their lidens,very disappointed.

Ok I got a win7 laptop that I bought in May this year,my second life viewer is lagging like crazy.I can't do anything even a simple turn to the left takes about 20 clicks.I've tried everything I even used firestorm and secondlife viewer and both do the same.I have no music files on my laptop or pics to take up space.I've checked to see if my graphics card needed updated and it says that I am updated,I also lowered my graphics.I am at my wits end with this!

Ok my water reflections settings is diabled,how do I enable it?

My water appears to be a dull blue,on my moms laptop I can see the light reflecting on the water its more realistic.Plus my sand is always gray.Now I have a Win 7 and my mom have Win 8,do think its something wrong with graphics?
