Unfortunately there's no real way for me to know! However I will say the large majority of customers here are furry. However some do still own humans etc. In my opinion, furries have been some of the kindest and open people I've met on SL.Not all of them but the majority, I myself am not really a furry. It's just the only avatars that I thought were cute in SL and creative. Apart from appearances, I'm relatively a normie. Yes I know the entire furry thing isn't for everyone, however I do think giving it a try could never hurt. You might even like it. If you don't know how to make a decent furry avatar or need help our Management team is more than happy to help with that or even Staff. There are alot of different furry parts when it comes to ears, tails, heads and manual application is a learning experience. Well this is a community effort to make SL a better place for well renters. Obviously most of the money would go back into the people who are putting the money into it. Having a club on a sim obviously doesn't help the situation either. It should be a residential community not a commercial community. A small hangout spot is understandable but all those extra scripts regarding "games" are unnecessary. I just have some ideas that could potentially make renting in furry communities better for everyone and if we were to even consider doing a club it would need to be in a skybox. (Not saying we will lol but ifs are ifs for making money to repay the people putting money into it;bringing in traffick) I have rented from alot of places and it's always quite disappointing.

Looking for investors to start up a furry village/community Usually whenever you go to rent a parcel or house from a furry community there is always major lag from too many scripts or the community might feel not so friendly or a little more gender associated than the other.
