I had the same problem. This worked for me: I went to Develop->Avatar->Character Tests->Test Male (backup your shape with another name before doing this, I don't know if it's necessary, but I did it anyway) This resets your avatar to a basic one. Then, I started wearing my old things one by one, and I noticed it was my shape the one that had the problem. I set the Hover value to 50, saved it and voila!!! Problem solved. I hope this helps.
