I trust you have met many challenges in the past (almost) 3 years in your position. I'm a newbie SLifer... little more than 30 days... and challenges have been many!!
I would like to comment on the 'virtual currency' issue which I understand that Linden Labs is experiencing. My sugguestion is just to contact a RL investment bank and let them advise. I'd have to guess most would be more than welcome to assist in the matter, and I hope there would be a solution identified that could offer 'break-even' conditions on Linden's part.
Please pardon me should I be over-stepping an AVI's routine, and I do not doubt that Linden Labs has already addessed this matter in appropriate ways. I'm withholding any suggestion of RL organizations in that I feel it's inappropiate for presentation within this forum.
