Most land owners wont care if its terraformed or not, as the new tenant usuallt terraforms it they way they want anyway, and lets be honest here, 99% of people dont really care what it looks like they just care about the "rental price" and how much they can save, so most land owners really wont do anything with land apart from flatten it as they dont want to spend a lot of time making it look nice when the tenant will 99% terraform it how they want, return the objects ect, plus a tenant wont pay 5000L$+ for a plot just because it looks nice when they can get the same size for 4500L$. Plus as a previous poster said, we dont pay LL the tier they go pooof
