Hey all I have the mainland sim Nipigon up for rent or sale. It includes linden river access great for sailing use and themes for roleplay sims.
I am building a backup use for the sim (skyplatforms) but if you wanted to rent i would clear it imediately so you could begin using your full sim straight away.
Its for rent at 14164l$ a week for 14164l$ so thats only 1 linden dollar a week per prim!

Sim is also for sale at 100.000l$ or best offer!

Hey folks no fancy bio here, I am selling Saddlemead which currently is my home but am seeing if i can get any offers for it.
It is a Mature/Moderate water sim minus a slight mountain with smooth crossovers to surrounding sims allowing good use of the protected oceans. Brilliant land to sail or fly anytime.
The sim is also sunrise protected which could make it a beautiful choice for a romantic venue or a lovely home for that special family.
All offers considered but parcel listed at 400k to buy it now but ALL offers considered and im not expecting too high lol.

Hey everyone I am looking for a general maturity rating full sim or close to open up a (rp) child friendly area with a school/playground/adoption center etc. This would be a non profit location. If the land is flat that would be great. I am willing to pay you for the land but can not afford too much.

Hey everyone I have the sim Saladin for sale this full sim is a mostly flat mainland sim which is rare on mainland. The sim is the full 65536m2 and 15k prims on a stunning green grass area. No sneeky scams in this parcel simply a full stunning parcel. I have the sim listed at

Hey everyone I have most of the sim "Shiradin" for sale. The exact size is 51712m2, it is all besides a tiny bit full water so the opportunities are endless, it is next to a unblocked view. As I control most of shiradin the lag is very low and the neibours do not lag the sim at all. All neibours are interested in selling if you want to try buying up the whole sim. I have my parcel listed at 70k but REASONABLE offers are considered! Hope to hear from you soon in reply or I.M

Hey all im in the market for a sim does not need to be a full sim but I really need it to not have a road through the middle as im creating a nature sim, a road at the side is fine though. If you have one for sale or know of one please let me know in I.M's or as a reply, I can not pay much but i will try and make a fair deal :D Oh and if you have a general sim you want rid of don't worry as most general sims are unpopular that would work fine so please don't be put off! Hey guys and gals Im looking for a linden water location with some mainland (mountain is fine) to build a pier for a adoption center, games location and other wonderful things for Secondlife users to enjoy, Length is more important than Width for this but some decent width is needed, minamum of 8192 total parcel size please, I am looking to buy and have a acceptable amount of lindens to match most criteria, sim edge so no parcels at the end of where my pier would-be, that would be perfect! Thanks for your interest, the parcel is 32000sqm flat parcel in a Moderate region next to a Linden road, VERY low lag region, also has view to linden waters, (can buy a parcel from a unique seller to gain acess to linden water) for sale at 50.000l$, needs to go! I.M Mattshadowhand any questions

yes you have roadside and (sort of) linden waters, the parcels are both on slopes and one the larger plot you do have water access to linden waterway, i recon you could maybe, if advertised well enough be getting around its linden value to 10k for the whole place, others will dissagree with me but thats the value i personally believe.

From my experiences G regions are probably the least valued parcels due to the limitations of the parcels, such as no nudity etc like you can get in Adult regions or in secluded areas Moderate regions, depending on the large size of your parcel your talking about (mixing it with a large parcel), i would guess you could try selling it in the 0.8/m2, but really it depends also on the terrain, how easy linden road access is etc, if you I.M me in world or leave a link to the parcel/s in this post I could give my opinion on what its worth and im sure other's will also :smileyhappy:
