Check server version of your SIM and compare it with other SIMs in which you don't have a problem.

It would give a hint..

If your viewer is Firestorm/Phoenix, try Area Search tool to find it.

I got a transparent object once, it should be attached to AVI, but I rezzed it by accident.

Of course I can not find it as it is transparent. What I did was, used Area Search and CTL+ALT+T to make transparent object visible and successfully returend it into my inventory.

Did you check "Lost And Found" folder in your inventory?

It might already has been auto-returned or manually-returned by land owner.

I guess Sculptypaint might be easier than Blender+Primstar(JASS).

However there are a lot of good vid tutorials for Primstar(by Gaia Clary), it is an advantage.

Also after getting used to Blender, you would be able to make various mesh objects.

Anyway try both and take whichever you like.
