you leave alot of the requirements out for the host jobs, you dont even mention pay. can we have a trust for service for land instead of pay? are you an equal oppertunity provider? are you an equal avatar provider (do you allow working cluster lizards who are vampires?) how long is the host job for? is it a real job or a temp job for an event? how much experiance do you need?

its the same way with buying as well. i have got 4 new items and got emails confs saying they are moving yet nothing appears in the inven. its like i didnt buy anything at all. maybe it takes a full business day now before the exchange is made?? maybe they are reviewing that an item works that way it is sold to now? or was really sold for the price it was marketed?? i got 4 new items from differant areas of the market from differant sellers, so its a marketplace problem and not the venders would be my guess...................... good luck
