It's not a fundraising event. It's a club thats open every day. And so far, none of the dancers who have applied have ever mentioned that they would gladly dance for free, furthering my point that no one will dance, every day, for absolutely no money. Our DJ has donated 100% of his tips to the research fund, and that's already more than we expect.

Thank you for your opinion, but doesn't every dollar count? We're probably going to raise it 10%, but you have to remember that our dancers aren't going to dance for free, and we don't expect them to. So donating 100% of every tip isn't going to happen. To sit there and say that basically our mere 5% is worthless is just offensive. I believe every dollar counts, and I'm sure everyone who has had Cancer will agree. Plus, those little dollars add up. So far we've raised about 50 USD from our supposed chump change, and I will gladly be donating every single cent. And wouldn't you want to publicize your best attribute if you were opening a business? You're trying to paint us out to be shady when we're just trying to donate whatever we can to a great cause.

I apologize for the "Mind blowing-ness" of they way we run our club, but I don't expect anyone to go all out for a 2L tip. We are thankful for every single tip we receive, and we always say thank you no matter how much is tipped, but you wont find any club in SL that has their dancers emoting like there's no tomorrow for a 10L tip.

Hey guys Hopefully I can clear things up, since I was the one who set all of this up for the club. Before we had started the club, I contacted the American Cancer Society's SL representitive and asked if we could do this, which they said was allowed, but because we weren't using an approved kiosk (Which I assume they reserve for official events) we weren't allowed to publicize that we were donating to them directly, because they can't vouch for the legitimacy of the fundraising in the club. We were told that we had to use something generic to let people know that we were donating to Breast Cancer research. Which we did. In our tipjars, we have the script set to take 10% of every tip, 5% goes to the owner of the club for club upkeep, and 5% goes to our Donation Avatar, SugarWallsGentleman'sClub Resident. For a few days now9 Well ever since all that wonderful maintenance LL did too SL to be honest), I have been experiencing terrible lag on my sim. Only on thwe ground tho. Nothing in the air seems to be affected. I have checked all of my scripts and they are fine. I dont lag persay as in walking jerky but I have dissapearing/Reappearing objects even with draw distance at max, and IM right on top of them. Any answers out there?
