The help window turns grey or white and takes a rectangular shape on the screen, but is blank. This makes it hard to find anything or do anything except walk around and text to nearby residents. Most of the controls are a mystery to me.

Won't install says to check the network connection-- seconds from finishing the install!!! Nothing wrong with the network connection!
