Ethereal Hurricane

I'm having an issue with getting movies/music to stream on second life, and after checking my activity monitor, I see one of the SLplugins is not responding. I've googled around a bit, but can't seem to find a way to fix it. I did a clean reinstall of firestorm, didn't work. I downloaded the offical viewer, and that didn't work either. Anyone have any suggestions of what to try next?
