what i had to do is run a compatibility test with sl in files and folder right click the second life short cut or go to files and folders and right click second life applicatgion or exe one compatibility test will say test worked out the kinks for me

what i had to do if this would help i right clicked the second life short cut and looked for file folder on my computer. Then when i found the file second life application or exe file i did a compatibility test on it it fixed sl issues with me
