Nope nope nope, you can't do that yet except by a hack the Phoenix team invented which requires maintaining an identical set of windlights to them and abusing the bottom of parcel description field.. overall it is just gross. Wait for LL to actually implement parcel windlight, perhaps make a jira, I can't see one in the system anymore. Region windlight already has a nice implementation.
