Chelsea, I see your point. I chose Commerce as I have already advertised on Land Forum. True, it is a group sim & anyone interested in being a partner would be expected to be a part of the group, not seperate.

I have a sim & 2 financial partners. Together we are creating a family, a clan. The vision for Ultimate Eclipse is to gather like minded friends to join our family, to have a great place to call home & to role play. We have just about something for everyone & all are welcome whether you be human, vampire, lycan, djin, furry, or otherwise. We will have a Gor village, a BDSM castle for men & women, a club, and much more. We are open to ideas & are planning to start some sky rentals. The initial idea was the large genie bottles that I have which are copyable. I though to find someone who would rp the real estate agent. But it would be fine with me to alter the idea and have you come & do your thing, create your rentals & share the revenue with us. You could discuss with them your ideas. And if you did decide to do this, then I would leave the real estate in your hands. My figures for a 4th partner: The sim costs L$17,500/week with 15,000 prims = L$4375/week & 3750 prims. Of course, with each financial partner we can add, the cost for each goes down. I just recently started renting a 1/2 parcel the other day. I know nothing about controlling my land, sharing it with my group, opening permissions, setting it up for dcs..Etc etc I am a true beginner in land owner/rentership. The parcel owners that I am renting from speak French & the translator only helps a little. Can anyone help me get started? Please Please Please... I will be inworld by 7pm SLT tonight.
