I'm trying to purchase something from the MarketPlace and am getting the above error message. I get the same error message when I try to buy Lindens. However, there is no indication what the error actually is. My Credit Card Company tells me that there are no problems with my card and there are no declined charges. Checking my Billing Information area of my account shows nothing except that Tilia wants my SSN (which I'm not giving since I understand that's only if I want to change Lindens to RL money). I also have deleted and re-entered my credit card information. That hasn't worked either. I have submitted a support ticket to Linden Labs, but I thought I would also ask here to see if anyone had any ideas

I wasn't sure where to put this question, so I put it in General. Sorry if it's in the wrong place. A friend wants to change her name and was wondering if, when she changes it, if it updated her name on her friends lists or if she would have to re-friend everyone. Also, I was looking in the knowledge base for her to see if that information was available already and I was wondering, is the information in the knowledge base up-to-date information? or have there been changes? Thank you

I am a relatively new Premium Member and I want to get the 1024 sq m land that comes with membership. Since I have never purchased land before, I would like to get the specific steps I need to do. I know parts of the procedure, but not all of it. As I understand it, I do the following... 1. Find land for sale - Easily done in-world with the search option 2. Be sure I have the required money to buy it 3. Contact the current land owner to arrange the purchase. That's as far as I know. I have no idea what I need to do (aside from paying the land owner) to get ownership transferred to me. I would appreciate any help Thank you FauxyLauxy

I was a member of a group. That group was deleted and I was ejected from it. Now I can't remove the group from my Group List (under Contacts). How do I delete the group? Thanks FauxyLauxy
