    Thank you so much, Lindal.
    I followed your advice, except could not find a Group.
    There are only 6 items sold in store and all appear by same creator.
    There is a Redelivey terminal standing near the items, however, it does not work at all.
    Creator has been in sl since 2005.
    I shifted my Linden-cash to alt, so feeling safer on that issue, I rezzed the trivia ball.
    So far, so good.

    Hoping for an expert to advise me...
    I bought the trivia ball to put on my mainland parcel, just for use by my group for entertainment.
    When I first set it down on my land, I get this scary warning (attached below).
    Is that something normal for which I should trust?  Or deny?

    Do you think its cheaper to bump tier for 2048?

    --OR--

    Make Alt premium and get 2x 1024s next-door to each other?

    Considering the Alt would get the weekly stipend?

    Tried to figure it out myself, but not 100% sure how linden works that out - math is NOT my strong suit. lol

    Double-Prim-allowance lands?

    Horizons are far too pricey for ordinary avatar-folks.  Way more than double or even 10x the price of ordinary mainland.

    But are there any other places in sl where double-prims come with 1024 ownership (for premium members)?

    I'm happy to share with you where to get this lovely couch. The kitties don't eat to stay alive, like some. Nor do they breed or die, which is really handy! So, no worries. The Babies will figure out their options and will probably bail back into their mommy's sofa....and where the catnip grows, the baby goes. They just come running back to mommy's crazy cat sofa.  Lol. It's late. Time for cat mommy to sleep... Will look for my silly kitty cats in the morning.  And if you spent your time studying this silliness, then you know it is really all ok. The End

    Can't remove them though as are not a resident, and that's not the first time I've seen a non SL resident on the list. But other times they have been residents as the house had previous owners.

    Weird, as stated above I also thought the house access lists reset when someone else got them.

    Might be along these lines: I had a vic in Lantana and had to AR a griefer thing where a HUGE checkerboard covered what appeared to be the whole region - my yard and all properties around me including Protected land.  The checkerboard had sick porn images in each square.  As I tried to AR it, I saw the object properties as "Endless Checkerboard" with Owner listed as "TrumpImpeachmentTrial", but when tried to look up that resident - did not exist. this was some weeks ago, and I never saw it again after my AR.  My point is maybe your ghost resident got booted out of sl by Lindens.  I assumed that is what happened to my griefer.

    I did abandon my old Linden home a couple weeks back, but still cannot get a Houseboat (or Traditional either).  How do we do that?  All I see on the drop-down is choices for Meadowbrook, Tahoe, and the other two old-types.  How do I get new-types to appear?

    Got my first Linden Home in early 2010.  At that time, many of us got a TV where we could watch movies, sl channels (not youtube), etc -- all FREE.  Then QuickTime started having issues about a year later, so many of us abandoned TVs in our Linden Homes.  Anyone know if quality free TV in Linden Home will return?

    Clarice, You say that you abandoned your Tahoe in hopes of getting on new continent?  I have old style myself.  Must I abandon my old Linden home in order to get on a waiting list or something?  Sorry, but I just don't understand how this works out.  What is the thing one must continue "refreshing" in order to get a new-style home?

    Here is how I fixed my same problem as a work-around I just now received from Maestro Linden:

     

    After more investigation, I have a guess about why this issue only affects certain avatars. One of my avatars had this issue, and had an empty Block List. As soon as I had the avatar block an object inworld (right click -> Block), I immediately received the queued offline IMs. This fix persisted between different sessions, even after I removed the object from my Block List (making it empty once again).

    For those of you affected by this bug, could you try blocking/muting an object or avatar, and see if that fixes your problem? To block an object (or avatar), you can right click on them, then select Manage->Block from the context menu.
