Greetings, I am contacting the knowledge base about a problem which I believe to be a technical error. My wife and I had some misunderstandings recently and we broke up, at wich moment she has banned me from the land she owns. Now after a few weeks we have solved our differences and decided to get back together. The problem is she tried un-banning me from her land. She has removed me from the banned list, and added me to the allow list, and she has added me back to her group too, but still whenever I try to teleport to the land or even if she tries teleporting me, I receive the error "Cannot teleport, you are banned from the region". I would very much appreciate it if someone knowledgeable could help us with a solution or some advice. Thank you in advance.

Good day, First of all I am using the latest Phoenix Viewer. I recently noticed that when I rez an object, let's say I rezz a box and I want to add glow to it, it doesn't glow anymore, even if my graphics settings are on high. It's quite odd because it worked before. I was just wondering if perhaps I pressed something and accidentally disabled the glow function of the viewer. My question is, what could have cause this, and how could I fix it? And also how can I activate the hardware skinning in the phoenix viewer because i keep getting and error saying that although my graphics card is capable of it, the hardware skinning is disabled. Hello there Tanya. I always experience the same problem when I reinstall my Windows 7. It gives me the same error message saying my video cards are either old or the driver is out of date. Note I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and my SL viewer is called Phoenix. The solution that worked for me is downloading the latest DirectX software (DirectX 9C). It is a free program that can be downloaded from here http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/directx.html When you arriver to this page, do not, I repeat DO NOT click the big green button saying "Download now" or you will face the unpleasant consequences. Instead scroll down the page a bit and under File Size 96MB File Name directx_jun2010_redist.exe Author/Supplier Microsoft you will see a blue link saying [Click here to Download]. Click it and select where you want to save it. When it's done you should see a package which you have to unpack. When you unpacked it, you will see many files. Find the .exe file. There is only one. Click it and it will install DirectX for you. After that restart your computer and SL should work. My name is SL is Silver Visage. Please feel free to contact me if you need further help. Hello. I might have posted this problem before, and It's not showing up on my list. The problem is for the past 3 weeks upon logging in to SL i notice I have -1 lindens. Before logging off the day before, I had 0 or 1, which is normally my balance. I would like to know why do I happen to have -1 and please tell me a solution for this problem. Thank you
