Hello - I am new to owning mainland. I want to know if you can adjust your tier cost if you buy and sell over the course of the month, or if you pay the highest tier level reached for that month. For example, I am normally at $22 tier but I bought some extra land which brought me up to $67. If I sell it before my bill date on the 2nd of the month will I pay only the $22 or the $67? Or do I have to go into my account and select the lower tier after I have sold the land? Thanks for the help!

I see it appearing now. Apparently I was looking in the wrong place. When you click on Search - what is the difference between the Land Sales tab at the top and the Land & Rentals tab below it? Seems there is a lot more land for sale under Land & Rentals. That is where mine showed up. I was originally looking under the Land Sales tab. This is my first time selling land. Thanks in advance for the information. 🙂

I have a homestead split into two parcels - one is the main beach area and the other is for private rentals. Each rental land is partitioned to give renters privacy. The beach area requires membership, so if someone does not have the group tag, they get moved into the private rental area which was causing a problem. To stop this I set up a telehub so everyone comes into the same location. Is there anyway that renters can tp directly to their homes with the telehub set up? If not, do I need to separate teleporters - one for the beach members to move around the beach and another for those renting with renters tags to get to their homes?
