where is the link to actually download the viewer... been looking everywhere????????????????

OK so i have a debit card on file and have already purchased lindens before.... but i want to sell them now, and i have a paypal account but its just not on file with SL... and when i try to put it on file it prompts me like its asking me to buy more Lindens?? can someone please help... I want to just sell the lindens i already have
