are there tutorials to make clothes.... out of.... umm cubes.. or prisms or w.e they are

Are there any tutorials in creating stuff? i tryed looking in google, and google videos.... but didnt seem to find sumthing helpfull. I mean something like really basic, i mean how the hell am i suppsoe to turn a cube..... into a piece of clothing.... or what ever item :S! Expessaly since that creating thing seems complicated!

Can i buy ingame money with my cellphone? Like with SMS and stuff? I simply dun haev a credit card and prepayed cards arent sold in my country!
