    Why a Mesh Shape?

    Wow you really have some issues with weight don't you O_o  Makes me wonder if you were the one being teased for it, or doing the teasing. Either way, in this post  and in your linked thread you come across as downright rude about it.  

    You can use mesh clothes with mesh shapes. Most of them come with alpha huds to hide parts of your body so they can be used still. The free TMP body doesn't, but, it's free and a really great buy anyways since it doesn't cost you anything. The super expensive full version though comes with a hud with an amazing amount of alpha options. (I still couldn't recommend spending 5k lindens on it.)

    For myself, I like the mesh shapes because I already preferred mesh parts to the mess of the system body. Most of my ava is made up of meshes, so finding a nice customizable fitted mesh shape was appealing because it got rid of most of the seams from piecing together my body.

    I've never even wondered what my ava might weigh, now I'd really like to know what store has this scanner so I can check lol

    I can't help, but my friend has had the same issue off and on for months. She'll start flipping around and not be able to stop, or when she does she's dangling up in the air like someone's got her on tangled up puppet strings. She uses the official viewer though, and is on a Mac.

    I bit my purse and bought TMP mesh body, and hated it D: The first time playing with the alpha hud, I wound up with a glitched out white strip around my ava's abdomen that I can't get rid of. :\ Plus, not that I'm running around naked or anything, but my skin maker's applier has the most hideous genitals ever painted on on it O_O Seriously, it's bad. And it's fine on the regular skin so idk what's up with that. A week later I'm still waiting to hear back from them on how to fix the glitchy skin, so I just moved on and found a different mesh body I really really like :D The alpha hud isn't as customizable, but I can live with that. A pic with my new Lena Perky body :)

    Oh great! My only other advise would have been to contact the creator. She was very nice and helpful when I had problems figuring out how to make the appliers. She tped to my house and walked me through it :)

    I don't really do much of the club scene, so I only know the old big names. Sanctuary Rock, Beachwood, Ambrosia, and GOL. Although I wouldn't reccomend GOL for music, and Beachwood and Ambrosia the dj's seem to like the sound of their own voices as much as the music, cause they have a habbit of talking over the songs :matte-motes-bored:

    Ohh ok, that is not the phat azz. If you have the version with add ons, you might have on the wrong alpha. There are several versions of in the folder, try each one giving them time to rez. Not all worked for me. Also theres versions for different sized stomachs, make sure your body is set to the same size bum you're using.

    I wish there was a demo for the alpha hud for it. I've tried every mesh shape I could get my hands on, and this one is my favorite by a landslide. The lack of applier options is a huuuuuge drawback, but I checked and my skin maker does offer TMP appliers, so I'm so tempted D: That alpha hud looks very exact, are you able to wear a good amount of mesh clothes with it? There was one other I tried that had a comparable hud but it didn't seem to have nearly as many alpha options, and there were very few mesh clothes that worked with it because of this.

    Your stomach has to be set at 16. There is a notecard that came with the azz with instructions that tells you this. Also body fat has to be set to 0.

    TMP has a BEAUTIFUL shape, it is by far the best mesh body I've demoed. The only reason I don't use it is the lack of appliers. I want my skin, I want clothing options. If those become available I'll be using TMP body exclusively because it is a hundred times more aesthetically pleasing to me. My boyfriend didn't like the plastic look of the skin choices it comes with, so didn't like the body at all. He might give it another chance if skin appliers are ever in the works for it xD I did find a few of the meshes that I already have that fit the mesh project body, sort of.. but none were a great fit and all I had to tweak the shape to make it work.

    Oh then it's worth downloading! I usually wait to make sure all the kinks are ironed out before I upgrade, but guess that's worth the change :)

    Up on top of your screen here you'll see the settings, go into them and go to the social connect tab. In there you'll be able to upload a photo. The avatar tab you can upload a second photo that will appear as the smaller picture in the corner of your forum badge some people use.

    Wow that's some awesome hair! And I freaking LOVE the headpiece, can I ask where it's from? :) eta-if the pic is too big, it won't let you upload it at all. So as long as you can upload you're fine sizewise ^_^

     

    @Saraya~ I keep going back to check for the Wowmeh to be rereleased, so far no luck :\ One of my friends and I tried a mesh body from The Shops, meshworks I think it's called, but it's so beautiful! I fell in love with it. Unfortunately there's no clothes, no appliers, nothing. So unless I can live with being a nudist it's a no go :matte-motes-frown:

    There are sometimes prims used as attachment points for things like prim teeth, hair, or ears. They're supposed to be inside of the head but sometimes if they're edited and moved around, the tiny little boxes used will end up on the ouside and able to be seen. If you cam inside of people's heads you'll see the little boxes I'm talking about.
