You will be renting the whole island. You can set your own rules and do anything that you like subject only to the Second Life Terms of Service.
You will get estate manager rights that will let you set the maturity rating, terrain texture, day cycle, restart the region whenever you need to and many other features.You do not have to own a full region to rent this homestead from us.

Sorry, this parcel has been rented, but we still have the South West corner available at the same price per prim. This parcel has 16 sq M taken out at the very SE corner, so to allow everyone to be able to use "Restore to Last Position", you can use it too once you join Tom's Rentals and have that group active.
Price is L$3746 per week, L$13932 for four weeks which includes the 7% discount for paying four weeks in advance. TP to Isle of Torment SW corner lot and follow the instructions on the sign to make it yours!
