    I've been pretty fortunate in that most of my customers have been lovely....but every once in awhile I can run into some asshat. I used to let it ruin part of my day, but now I just do the steps to remedy the situation as best I can (block them, take out a support ticket if need be) and move on. Just the day before yesterday some crazy person was trying to make me gift a couple of his alts a quarter sim build of mine he bought, and so not only was he constantly emailing me but his "alts" (I suspect they were actually his friends) kept messaging me constantly too. Got them all blocked and moved on...wasn't more than a short little annoying blip in my day.

    I really feel for you though...having your whole store taken down!  Now that would certainly be a stress test for me..

    * I see your store is still there...did they change this so that the store isn't taken down anymore?

    Sorry to drop the bombshell on you like that. If everything is of your creation (from scratch, not saying it isn't) then you have nothing to worry about. The counter claim should take care of the issue since you should have all the evidence you need on your hard drive (psd files, object files). You did need to know that if the other person wants to be an ass and throw away money to get rid of you, that's how far they will have to go. There are those who are nutty enough to do it.

    yes literally i can resave my meshes and have all their files on my computer since it was ofcourse (a while) since i had made them but what erks me is that someone can sit down and have time to do this? and this is really not the first time its a stalker of mines that is following substantially every single move i do-

    As far as copyright, things don't have to specifically marked as copyrighted to be protected by copyright. An original work is automatically copyrighted. I just used copyright 5 times.

    but no this is different someone is abusing my marketplace and reporting it with intellectual proprety when clearly i make evrything myself, like is there somewhere i can call? mail? except to that adress. i can make an ticket on abuse but this is not correct and i keep getting forwarded by mail i need help!

    okay so in short that means i can sell up to 1999usd but if i do will i be put in another limit again?

    Since they closed that it's only possible to add USD by selling L$. Ad when using a limit buy they will take your money in escrow.

BUT as mentioned by others if you are new you can only buy so much.  If you want to buy more than allowed you will just have to wait.

    Yeah im glad but why do i have to wait each time wouldnt a simple call between ll solve that? Im thankful for your help im not trying to buy im trying to sell to get usd

    You also need to prove who you are with official documents. Not everyone can do that :D.  So best you make sure you are approved to process credit before you get too involved in converting money to US dollars.  If you go to the PROCESS CREDIT page in your webpage account you will likely see something like this -- or perhaps you only see that after you have been here awhile. So many steps to get money out of Second Life. I suggest you read up on it all before going further.

  12. Hi i have recently got some ls and sold about 500$ Evrything was fine but then when i wanted to sell again suddenly from nowhere i got an trading limit of 30 days? Someone said to take away that limit i would have to buy some ls? Im not sure if im getting this right cause im a bit new to selling and trading but, how do i go by this? And if its true can i buy any amount? To take away the limit? Someone explain to me step by step and dont be rude please when i ask you an question.

  16. How do i go about selling custom work safely? :) some people might ask about refunds for no reason etc.

    some people have policys what can i do to go about this safely? do i use a tipjar or what can i do.

    Yes and maybe a third solution than skrill and paypal this would be amazing cause alot of people dont use paypal
