Can LINDENS DOLLARS be converted to US DOLLARS. If so, what is the process

I TRY TO ALLOW DEED TO GROUP BUT IT FAILED DUE TO NOT ENOUGH CREDITS. I OWN 26'080 SQ METER OF PARCEL AND I HAVE SET THEM ALL TO THE GROUP I CREATE. HOW CAN I GET ENOUGH CREDITS TO DEED TO THE GROUP I CREATE.

I have property in FISHER REST AND PIPPEN REGION. Im being abuse by someone in the PIPPEn region by hundreds of paper flyer being attack to me only when I go to this property.
