This Bueno skybox is 18LI and cost 200 lindens. It's the perfect size for me to have over my Linden Home. Fully finished on the inside. Bueno also has some larger skyboxes on the marketplace. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/TMD/82/5/21

It is possible that you can get a great skin on sale.
For example, you can get a 7 Deadly Skins EvoX skin(Tabea) at the May 14 Saturday Sale price of L$70 get it here - requires a LeLutka EvoX head
Then, if you go to the eBento event and get the GIFT at the 7 Deadly Skins booth, there is a matching body skin for free get it here you have to join the free eBento group to get this
Stuff like this pops up all the time... try the DEMO before you buy to make sure you like it

I just wanna know what the best and newest skin would be
You said best and newest... so let's do it! Starting from scratch, it's gonna cost in the L$8000 ballpark if you pay full prices.
You don't start with skin. You start with head, then shape, head skin, eye color, and body skin. Then fine tune with brows, lashes, hair, skin enhancers (e.g. freckles), and makeup.
The newest heads are HD and BOM. I am currently going with LeLutka EvoX (Lilly). There are other comparable heads but LeLutka rules the creator school at present (as evidenced by the last SkinFaire). If you can't edit shapes, learn to edit shapes. I either tweak the shape that comes with the head or buy a shape for that head, then tweak that. Always buy shape based on how the face looks then edit the body shape to your liking. Editing body shape is easy once you figure out the editor. Skin alone does not determine what you will look like... it is always a combo of head, shape, skin, and eyes.
Now get skin for your head. Sometimes a shape comes with skin. You buy the head skin first, then match a body skin to it. Matching body skin is easy... its just matching the tone. When you are shopping for head skin and trying demos, make sure you are doing it with the eye color you want, as eye color is huge in determining final look.
For skin creators, I like them all but always check out Glam Affair, The Skinnery, 7 Deadly Skins, DeeTaleZ, and Enfer Sombre. It is possible that you can get a great skin on sale. Don't be in a hurry.
One more recent development is Velour. They make body skin and makeup and several head skin creators are using their color palette. The picture below is me with a Glam Affair head skin in the Velour Porcelain tone. The body is Maitreya (with petite add on) and a Velour Venus Porcelain/Skinny skin. Good luck!

Does anyone know of any stores with similar outfits that I can spend my lindens at?
I think you are in luck! If you go to just about any shopping event (except those marketing to men), you will find what you are looking for. Check Seraphim every day to see what's new and look thru the web galleries. Some places such as Fameshed X and Fetish Fair will be gold mines. When you see something you like, visit the event for a demo and/or go to the store of the creator.

You might wanna post this in the inworld Bellisseria Events group secondlife:///app/group/0913c244-8878-95ba-c08c-81fc2214b555/about or if this is gonna last a long time, the Parade of Homes

Recently I went to Skin Fair in search of a Lelutka EvoX shape for a specific head. I found many but only one had a demo. In my experience, appearance depends on the head, the shape, the skin, the eyes (particularly color), the brows, and the hair. And lighting. Consequently, a demo seems necessary. Do you ever buy a shape without doing a demo? Are you planning on using a style card to duplicate what you see in the ad?

One thing to note about much of the Linden-supplied stuff, it doesn't get any smaller when linked together.
The Linden-supplied stuff is mesh which keeps the same LI when linked. However, resizing mesh can increase/decrease the LI.
Only prims (e.g. a cube you rez) change LI when linked and only if the physics type of the root prim is set to convex hull. The LI is halved.

Here are a few principles that I have found useful...
1. We each have our own preferences. Make sure you build something that delights you. I tend toward more natural landscapes.
2. It's useful to have a signature landscape item that sets the tone for everything else.
3. Look at other builds... everywhere (other Linden Homes, mainland, shopping event booth decoration, etc). If you see something you like, edit the object, determine the creator, open their profile, and look at their Picks to see where to buy the item. Or use their name to search Marketplace.
4. Landscape items can be high LI, particularly older items. Make sure you check LI before you buy. In Linden Homes LI is more important than on mainland as you cannot increase it.
5. Learn how to create, edit, and texture basic prims. In Belli homes there is usually an issue with bridging the gap between the home and the road and a custom textured prim does this. Overhang into the roadway is permitted as long as it blends reasonably. Use basic prims for decks, steps, connectors, skinning (retexturing no-modify walls), and light sources. To cut the LI of prims in half, link them and make the root convex hull (Edit/Features/Physics Shape Type/Convex Hull).
6. Use the Content and Texture Packs that come with each Linden Home Theme. Mix and match. The fencing objects are particularly useful. The plants in the Newbrooke pack are 1 LI!!!
Photo 1 notes: Deck extension is 2LI (4 prims convex hull). Iris is 1LI and in the content pack, as are the planters. Ground cover is 1LI Heart 10mx10m squares. Maple tree in upper left is Botanical, old and crazy LI, but I love it.
Photo 2 notes: Texture on the square slab is from Newbrooke texture pack. Surrounding fence from content pack.
Photo 3 notes: My "bridge" prim is textured with gravel that I found on Marketplace. The 1LI tree (in planter) is from Yugen. The sconces are 1LI... saw them in a forum post, found the house, got the creator info and bought them. The small magnolia is from [keke], which is still a store on Marketplace.
This Faraday Newbrooke is an Open House.

I think the Newbrooke's '512' houses on 1024 m is a house with large enough rooms to use and live in, and a big garden. How the houses are placed on the plot is also better than before. Closer to the mailbox, with room for a small front garden and a large backyard.
The Traditionals had tiny houses. I lived in only one of the models (I briefly tried out two others). The '512' Newbrooke's is the best size.
The '1024' Newbrooke's is really huge, with so many rooms. I have not counted them, but is it not like 3 or 4 bedrooms plus a bath? I am sure these houses fit for people who want room for a family, or who want to have a friend or more living there.
So it is a more diverse offer than before themes. It appeals to many.
Large windows is a plus. I know some like the dark brick and the dark wood. Personally I dislike the black/almost black color scheme, no more to be said about that.
Totally agree. Only upgrade I would suggest is better exterior colors and textures.

Now that! I spy water with my little eye. I have teleported around to find some greater lakes. I can not remember seeing this.
Is it 512 plots without houses on? (The very noticeable in the middle) With square pools? Fish breeding ponds?
Baby Newbrooke homes come in a translucent blue incubator that looks like water from a distance 🙂
