Got that item replaced.

Well tried reviving mod items with no success, luckily those were able to be replaced with fresh copies. One item I was wearing at the time was non copy/no mod and cost 13,480 L$.

Got nailed by this bug yesterday, hundreds of outfits broken: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-41379 None of the things listed there to try worked, this will kill every scripted item worn on your avatar, forever. Only way to fix is replace everything with backups/redliveries. This bug was reported two years ago?
