    No, Lifetime members I think paid way more then charter members and got their own "Whole sim"... Not sure though.

    Sorry for typos... So tired, and I think they should update the viewer so "Charter Members" and "Beta Members" Have 1) Their own icon 2) Their own title. and so on. Off to bed now, night guys and gals.

    That's not exactly true, after awhile SL clears peoples inventory that are not active. Then they need to get it re-activated and end up loosing items and friends.

    Some people rent land because of the space/lot/view..... Some sims have water ways where it's public some rent it out, I'm guessing the person you rented from has renters all over his sim with private property.

    Well, basically charter members get special things, like "own profile tag", and land... On the new viewer it does not show that..... PS: Charter Members are very rare. In older viewers they had it.
