In most viewers you can set the default permissions (prims/textures etc) in preferences. So you can set them to be full perm on upload by default.

Temporary textures don't work with the server side baking. But why focus on that or money when you can still preview the textures inworld (on a prim or avatar) for free? Nobody is making anything more difficult or earning more money. Local textures have been there for quite a while and right now it's getting very useful.

You can still use local textures which is free and pretty much the same thing as temp textures. The textures are loaded directly from your hard drive and will be visible only for you. Also works on clothing and sculpt maps. Nothing is lost other than that you cant show the textures to others like with temp. A nice thing about local textures is that they upload automatically inworld when you save a new version overwriting the one you already used at local inworld.

Big parcel for rent for a merchant/creator. Minimum 3750 prims (1/4 full region). Private estate, The parcel can be split between a mature/moderate and an adult region. This makes it perfect for a store who has both adult and other content. The regions are connected and the store can be split between the two without problems. The mature/moderate region has been there since 2008, has good traffic, high activity and is the home of the PRIME Mainstore. There are also a few smaller other stores in this region. All of them have been there for a long time. The adult region is new and has the PRIME Adult store and a small hang-out beach. Half the region is available for rent. We are searching a merchant/creator who needs a mainstore location. No clubs, no malls and no arcades. The region is commercial. A furniture store will not be our first choice (simply because we make and sell furniture). We can offer a very good deal for the right person/business, depending on how many prims you need. This is the home of PRIME Furniture and we have been in the same region since the first half of 2008. and we are now expanding and moving parts of our mainstore to the adult region. (We are about to rebuild this region a bit) We are looking for a merchant who has grown out of a homestead, is tired of Zindra or simply wants to expand and wants a mainstore location. Since our main business is furniture and mostly beds, another furniture store will not be our first choice (depending on the products). You have to be a premium to buy a full region.. to have it transfered to you or to buy from LL. If you pay tier to Linden Labs you must be a premium. If you "buy" land from someone and pay tier to them, you can be a basic member.
