I sent a message to Tilia asking if there are any issues with the process credit and here's what they said :

As far as I know, we don't have to pay a fee to cancel the credit process, or is it a new law that I haven't informed of yet.

If so, I should be getting a message from tilia or at least from billing support, but I wonder why the account security team answer me instead of the Billing support and ask for a chargeback, maybe someone could explain that because I'm confused.

Was the chargeback from Linden Lab or from Paypal  for fees incurred when you cancelled you request?  From Tilia?

The chargeback was from the Linden Lab "account security team".

I did call the billing support, they can't help.

I made a process credit request the 22 September 2020 at 4:43 am and had to cancel it at the end because it took more than two weeks and still see In progress. I sent tickets to the linden lab asking for help, and I've got an answer a week later saying be patient so I made another request and today I've got a message saying you have to pay chargebacks, also known as disputed charges! This is honestly ridiculous because if we need to pay chargebacks each time we ask for help then no one will send a ticket anymore.

As a premium member, I feel betrayed I am very angry because i have to pay $94.47 chargebacks only because i sent tickets to the linden lab asking them to send the process credit money to my Paypal.

Yeah the last time i did a request, it took about a week the reason why i am wondering if anything changed right after.

I made a process credit request the 22 September 2020 at 4:43 am and still see in Progress till today the 3rd October 2020 which is more than a week. I am wondering if I need to wait more days because I checked on the net and didn't see any holidays around. 

As written on the Process Credit info, we should receive payment to our PayPal or Skrill account within two business days. However, for a minority of requests, this process may take five business days.

I did verify all my Info and everything seems ok.

A ticket sent to the LL 2 days ago and I didn't get any explanation till now.

The process credit usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on the country or it's general.

You think it may take more days because of The COVID19?

I did Rolig , nothing mentionned there, normally the Linden lab send an email for each transaction or billing info, which is not the case this time.

I just got a message from paypal saying that Linden got an automatic payment of 11,05$ from my paypal account.

Actually the annual fee is in december 2020.

Is there a way to know what the 11,05$ are for?

I wonder what makes Tilia take this long to send the money to Paypal, knowing that I sent the money on the 16 january 2020 , and I'm still waiting for the time to come up with the cash ... Supposedly, the maximum limit as shown on the Tilia page is five days ... All the required information was obtained and there is no problem in terms of my private information.
