The South East quarter of the Blake Sea will be a combat Zone all the time. The Hawser SIM is also included. So if you like shooting at sailboats, rez at Honahlee Surf or the Hollywood Airport. If anyone asks you to stop refer to Mark Twain White rules for the Blake Sea. If you rent from him you can do what you like.

I know of only 6 Linden water sims where build is turned on. Why only 6 sims? Why don't all Linden water sims allow build?
