It's part of Invision Power Board's settings. One is to hide your online status on the website, which isn't a huge deal on here, the other IIRC is for two step verification if it was enabled on the forums.

Aethro Estates has expanded to include a new option to it's property listing! You can now rent skyboxes! Unlike our beach properties which give you full control over the land, you are limited in what you can do. For example, you cannot terraform, or change the radio station. It is a cheaper option for those that would just like a slice of home.
Our sky boxes also come with the option to control the scene! Just left click on the scene for 1 second and a menu will pop up allowing you to change how it looks! All of our sky box properties are at a low introductory price of $250 lindens for 500 prims! Want to take a look? I worked almost daily because I'm an essential worker as a manager at a grocery store type place.
I did take a week off for vacation though few weeks ago...did nothing but stayed at home with my kids and husband and watched tv hehe.

Well I’ve been here for almost 15 years and when people say REGION FOR SALE? It means the whole region is up for grabs as in full transfer. Obviously you’re asking for people to rent. This is not the same. So yes people are easily going to think you’re renting or selling it. Not just renting it out.

From the buyer perspective, not everyone who purchases a full region is doing so in order to profit from the region. They may have other reasons for the purchase in which the current high prices are not a major factor in that purpose for which they are purchasing the region.

Right now land cannot be purchased from LL and as such, people can charge whatever they want to sell the sim. Also, grandfathered sims have a lower monthly payment, so they are a hot commodity. So the sell of the SIM = profits.

Just remember this is on my website that has the IPB software this is in no way saying they are going to put google authenticator or any other type of two factor on here
I actually don't have google authenticator enabled on my site, I just did it for the picture hehe.
